To apply, students must first receive an admission offer from a public university in Malaysia. After that, they can submit their scholarship application. The MTCP Scholarship is managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia. Eligibility Criteria
- The scholarship is open to Citizens of the MTCP recipient countries.
- Applicants must be from a developing country.
- Candidates must be 45 years of age or younger at the time of application.
- Students must have completed a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.50 CGPA.
- Applicants must be admitted to a university before applying for the scholarship.
