No of Seats and Benefits of Each Category
There will be 150 seats in total. It will be broken into three categories: Fully Funded, Partially Funded, and Self-funded.
- 15 Fully Funded spots

For Fully Funded Category
If you’re chosen for full funding, you’ll get these things paid for a plane ticket (they’ll tell you how much they’ll reimburse you), a place to stay, a certificate, some meals (either breakfast or lunch), a conference kit, a fun cultural event, and a party to celebrate.
For Partially Funded Category
If you get partial funding, they’ll cover these things for you: a place to stay, a certificate, meals for both breakfast and lunch, a conference kit, a cool cultural event, and a party to celebrate.
Self Funded Category
If you’re paying for yourself, you can choose between two types of packages (Full Experience or Half Experience), but either way, you’ll still get the same benefits. These benefits include a certificate, a conference kit, a fun cultural event, and a party to celebrate.

Visa Assistance
MAPS will give you invitation letters and advice on getting a visa, but they can’t promise that you’ll get a visa, no matter which category of delegate you are.

You need to pay a fee of $30 for processing your application, and this fee is collected by MAPS.
