CISI Internship Eligibility Criteria to Apply for:
The CISIS Internship program is available to both American citizens and individuals from other countries around the world.
- Students who have completed at least two years of their undergraduate or postgraduate degree, graduate students, or individuals who have recently completed their studies are eligible to apply.
- CSIS offers internships to individuals from countries other than the United States. However, they do not provide visa sponsorship for interns. Trainees are themselves responsible for applying for a J1 visa.
- The J-1 visa is widely used by foreign individuals who wish to participate in internships within the United States.
CSIS is open and supportive of applicants from diverse backgrounds, especially those who come from traditionally underrepresented groups.
