The application period is now open for the 2027 Emerging Climate Leaders Fellowship Program, fully funded by Yale University. This five-month fellowship begins with an orientation week at Yale University from February 1-5, 2027, and concludes with a week-long visit to Paris, France. The fellowship covers round-trip airfare, accommodation, meals, airport transfers, and a living allowance. The goal of this fellowship is to bring together future climate leaders passionate about clean energy. Objectives of the Yale Emerging Climate Leaders Fellowship

  • Nationality: From developing countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, or Latin America/Caribbean (Global South).
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
  • Availability: Participation must be in person in the United States (Yale University) and France (Paris), as well as in virtual sessions.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in professional careers with notable achievements.
  • No Age Limit.
  • The scholarship program is open to professionals from various fields, including public service, entrepreneurship, energy, finance, journalism, education, scientific research, civil society, law, and legislation.
