- All worldwide students can apply for the scholarship, but Chinese citizens are not eligible to apply.
- You need to be healthy to apply.
- If you’re applying for a master’s degree, you must have completed your bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old.
- If you’re applying for a PhD, you also need a bachelor’s degree and should be under 40 years old.
