The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) program works with the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR) and five universities in Singapore. You can apply now for the August 2025 intake. This scholarship is for PhD or EngD degrees at NTU, NUS, SUTD, SMU, or SIT. It’s open to people worldwide and covers all costs.
You don’t need GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT I & II, or GATE scores when applying. However, the university might ask for them later. They’ll check your English skills if you’re called for an interview. The SINGA award lasts four years. More details are below.
