Eligibility Criteria (Who Can Apply?)
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- This scholarship is open to all citizens except Italian citizens.
- People holding dual citizenship, including Italians, are not eligible.
- They must not be Italian residents.
- They must have obtained their previous qualifications outside of Italy.
- They must hold a Bachelor’s degree from outside Italy and be eligible for admission to a Master’s (Lauri Magistrelli) program in Italy.
- The following are considered residents of Italy:
- Non-EU citizens with a valid residence permit that allows enrollment without a new student visa
- EU (or equivalent) citizens residing in Italy for more than 9 months continuously
- Includes citizens of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, and Switzerland.
