Eligibility Criteria
- The Scholarship is open to all Nationals.
- Master’s Track: You must have a bachelor’s degree or be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program during the academic year in which the competition is held.
- PhD (Doctoral) Track: You must have a master’s degree or a specialized qualification, or be in the process of obtaining one during the academic year in which the competition is held.
- Bachelor’s Track: You must have completed or be completing your general secondary education.

How to Apply for the Scholarship 2027?
Step-by-Step Process:
- Register online by creating an account.
- Complete your profile and take the accessibility test available in your account. Attach all required documents.
- After the profile results are published, successful candidates will be invited to the second stage.
- Following the second stage evaluation and interview, the winners will be selected to study in Russia free of charge.
Selection of the Universities
If the university you’ve chosen doesn’t offer the program you want to study, your application will be sent to the next university on your priority list. When you register, you can choose between one and six universities.
