Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Scholarship, you must meet ONE of the following criteria:
- If you are a student, you can apply and will be able to receive your bachelor’s degree by August 2026.
- You received your first bachelor’s degree within the last five years (January 2020 or later).
- You received your first bachelor’s degree more than five years ago, and you will be 30 years old or younger in 2025.

English Language Proficiency Requirements
English Language Requirements:

TOEFL iBT (Internet-Based Test): You need a total score of at least 86, with no score lower than 20 in reading, writing, listening, or speaking.

IELTS: You need an overall band score of 6.5 or higher.
You don’t need to show proof of English proficiency if:

English is your first language, and you use it every day.

You got (or are about to get) a bachelor’s degree from Canada or the United States.

You have lived, studied at a university, or worked for at least 4 years in a row in a country where English is the main language.

You got (or are about to get) a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a recognized school where all classes are taught in English.
