The Malaysian government covers the full expenses, including tuition and a monthly living allowance. There is no application fee, and many students can apply without submitting IELTS or TOEFL scores. Eligibility Criteria:
- The scholarship is available only to citizens of the countries specified as eligible under the MIS 2025 program.
- Applicants must be applying for full-time Master’s or PhD programs at selected Malaysian universities. Part-time or distance learning programs are not covered under this scholarship.
- For Master’s programs ( 40 years old or younger )
- For PhD programs ( 45 years or younger )
- IELTS or TOEFL scores are not mandatory,
- An acceptance letter from a Malaysian university is not required at the time of application.
