Applications are now open for the International Leadership Program (ILP) 2025 in Italy. This is a fully funded 4-day program that brings together young people from around the world to learn and grow as future leaders. The event will take place in Rome, Italy from 14-17 November 2025 and is organized by Voice for Rights International Association. A total of 100 participants will be selected, with places available in three categories: fully funded, partially funded and self-funded. This exciting program aims to inspire change and help you become a better leader. You do not need to take the IELTS test to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
The ILP Italy 2025 Program is open to people from all over the world.

Age: You must be between 16 and 35 years old to apply for the fully funded category. For the other categories, you must be 18 or older.

Commitment: You should be passionate about making a positive change in society.

Experience: You should already be active in social or educational work, or have a clear idea of how you want to create change.

Documents: A passport is required. If you do not have a national identity card, a national identity card can be used.

English Test: You don’t need to take IELTS or TOEFL to apply.
