The European Forum Alpbach (EFA) is a association in Austria that doesn’t aim to make money. They put together a free annual meeting in a town called Alpbach. Alpbach is in Austria. Lots of students and new workers from all over the world go to this yearly event in Alpbach. This time, they plan to give out about 350 scholarships.
