The AYF Fellowship has three parts that connect and help each other, which are:

- Project Ideation and Project Work
- Event Creation
The AYF Fellowship gives you a special chance to try out your skills and interests in a whole new way. You’ll step outside your usual routine and dive into a new country and culture. Plus, you’ll be surrounded by AYF Fellows from all over the world. It’s a great chance to take a breather and find out more about yourself.
Working Hours
- You’ll be working and learning five days a week.
- And after six months, you’ll get ten days off with pay.
Eligibility Criteria
- Anyone from any country can apply.
- You should have 2-3 years of experience in one of our focus areas.
- It’s better if you’re between 24 and 30 years old.
- You should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- You should be committed to solving society’s problems and helping with our projects.
- We value hard work, discipline, and caring for others.
- You don’t need to show proof of passing the IELTS or any other language test.
