Features of the UPG Leadership Program
Focus: The United People’s Group (UPG) is a global organization focused on solving sustainability problems. It is a movement that inspires other citizens to take positive action in their communities.
Training and Certification: UPG will select 500 participants for extensive online training and upon completion of the training they will be certified as UPG Sustainability Leaders.
Free Trip to the United States: Selected participants from the online training will be given a one-week fully funded trip to the United States.
Global Audience: The program attracts individuals from all backgrounds and perspectives, creating a diverse and inclusive community.

Eligibility Criteria
- The age of the participant should be 18-35 years old.
- Applicants must be motivated and creative thinkers.
- Candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply.
- Both male and female participants can apply.
- All candidates must have a strong command of the English language.

UPG Application Requirements
You need to upload these to your online application:
- Your Picture.
- To prove your English skills, submit a video of up to 2 minutes in length, answering a question in the application form or telling about yourself.
- Submit the video by attaching a link to it in the application.
