CEU Master’s Scholarship:
The CEU Master’s Scholarships by Academic Merit:
- Tuition Fee and Health Insurance.
- Monthly Stipend from 300 Euros/Month to 1000 Euros/Month
The CEU Doctoral Scholarships:
- Covering the full cost of tuition
- 1,880 EUR Monthly Stipend to assist with housing and living costs.

Proof of English Proficiency Exemption
You may request an exemption if:
- Your first language is English, or
- You are a current or former CEU student applying to a CEU doctoral program, or
- You obtained your bachelor’s and/or master’s degree exclusively in English.

How to Apply?
- All applications must be submitted online. You can apply for a maximum of 5 programmes.
- The application fee is €30. Please ensure that your application is fully completed before submitting, as you will not be able to make any changes once submitted.
