The 2nd edition of the forum will take place in Porto, Portugal, and will bring together about 250 participants from all over the world. IELTS is required.
The World Youth Forum is organized by the Centre for Diplomatic Advancement. It invites students, youth leaders, healthcare professionals, lawyers, activists, and change-makers to join important discussions on global issues, find practical solutions, and promote international cooperation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students from all nations can apply.
- The forum is open to everyone in any academic field or background.
- Passionate Global scholars who are eager to drive change in their communities.
- Applicants must be between 18 and 45 years old.
- Have a keen interest in volunteerism, community service, international relations,
diplomacy or educational fields. - Demonstrate leadership potential and the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse environments
groups.
