Who Can Apply (Eligibility):
Open to Everyone: People from any country can apply. There are no nationality restrictions.
Not for Japanese Citizens: You cannot apply if you have Japanese nationality.
Documents: You must be able to submit all the required documents for the application.
For Master’s Program Applicants:
You need to have completed a bachelor’s degree.
If you’re in your final year of your undergraduate studies, you can still apply.
For PhD Program Applicants:
