The UNEP Fellowship provides:
- Full tuition for the LL.M. program at Georgetown Law (plus the Summer Experience Program).
- All textbooks are required for the program.
- A monthly stipend throughout the UNEP internship.
- Health insurance coverage for both the LL.M. program and the internship.
- Flights to and from Washington, D.C. for the LL.M. program.
- Flights to and from the UNEP internship location.
Note: Fellows will reside in Washington, D.C. during the LLM program. You will be responsible for your living expenses, such as housing, meals, and personal expenses.

Eligibility Criteria:
The contestants to be eligible for this scholarship must:
- Be citizens of a developing nation.
- Have a law degree that is valid in their home country.
- Be working for a local and national government.
- Be involved in energy, environmental, natural resources, or related legal work.
Note: After finishing the fellowship, members must go back to their home country and work in public-sector environmental law for at least three years.
